CardioWatch requires an iPhone running iOS 17.0 or later, paired with an Apple Watch Series 4 or later (with ECG capability).
Open the ECG app on your Apple Watch, place your finger on the Digital Crown, and hold for 30 seconds. The recording will automatically sync to CardioWatch on your iPhone.
All your health data is stored locally on your iPhone. CardioWatch does not upload any data to external servers. Your privacy is fully protected.
CardioWatch analyzes Heart Rate Variability (HRV) data collected by your Apple Watch and compares it against your personal 30-day baseline to determine your current stress level on a 5-point scale.
CardioWatch displays interval measurements (QTc, PR, QRS) alongside clinical reference ranges. These are for reference only and should be reviewed by your doctor.
Open any ECG recording detail page and tap “Export PDF.” The report includes the ECG waveform, measurements, stress context, and symptom tags.
Go to iPhone Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions > CardioWatch, then tap “Cancel Subscription.”
Make sure you have authorized CardioWatch to access your health data. Go to iPhone Settings > Health > CardioWatch and ensure all data types are enabled. You also need to be wearing your Apple Watch for data collection.
CardioWatch is not a medical device and does not provide medical diagnosis. All measurements are for reference only and cannot replace professional medical advice. If you experience chest pain, severe dizziness, or difficulty breathing, call emergency services immediately.
